Let’s beat the heat with frozen refreshments like ice candy, shakes, ice pop, and other summer cooler desserts. Summer refreshments especially when it’s homemade are a great way to make everyone feel cool and enjoy on a hot day. Here’s my very own ice candy recipe using Jolly Cow Condensada because aside from being affordable, ito ay malapot at hindi malabnaw making my Ice Candy and other summer desserts #CreamySarap.

Ingredients:
- 1 can 390g Jolly Cow Condensada
- 1 cup Cornstarch
- 6 pcs Pure Tableya dissolved in 1 cup water and sweetened with brown sugar
- 3 cups water
- 250ml All Purpose Cream
Procedures:
- In a bowl, pour 3 cups of water.
- Add 1 cup of cornstarch, mix until well dissolved.
- Add 250ml all purpose cream and pure tableya, mix well.
- Pour, 1 can 390g Jolly Cow Condensada, mix well.
- Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Turn off heat and let it cool.
- Once cooled down, put in ice candy plastic bags using the funnel. Tie and freeze overnight.
