  1. I’ve never heard of comote before, is it just a regular sweet potato? This is an interesting idea for a snack but I’m a little hesitant with frying. I might try it baked though.

  2. ohmyy! camote cue is really good! not only for the kids! we used to make a lot of camote cue during summer!

  3. I love giving the kids healthy snacks instead of sugary treats or salty chips. I think this is awesome. I love sweet potato!

  4. This recipe is like sweet potato fries, right? I like sweet potatoes and to have it with brown sugar would be nice. I would probably bake it instead of frying. I can dredge the slices in brown sugar, place it on a baking sheet and pop it in the oven.

  5. Looks like a tasty snack. That is sweet potatoes, right? If it is, then that is going to be my kids’ new favorite treat. Thank you for sharing the recipe.

  6. I’m ALWAYS looking for healthy snacks that my kiddos will eat – these sound really yummy (and easy – I like that part too). Can’t wait to try them!
