Here comes the busiest time of the year, it’s undeniable that hectic schedules, workloads and holiday preparations makes stress levels high. As a working mom in the field of community service, year-end means a lot of work, particularly that we are challenged with the ZERO BACKLOG in sub-project completion, liquidation, and closing of accounts as well as quarterly performance evaluation. To release work stress, listening to an acoustic music played by the voyage air guitar is what I mostly do. The music relaxes me, I feels like it takes me away to paradise and it does release work stress.
Don’t you know that with music you can do a different activities that leads to relaxation and release stress? Here’s how:
Exercise. Pick a music that motivates to keep your body moving and do the exercise like dancing, walking or jogging. Exercise is the best way to reduce stress in the body.
Listening. Play your favorite music that creates calming feelings while relaxing in a peaceful place. Deep breathe and think about beautiful things and blessings in your life.
Doing with the mentioned activities surely provides you a break for your body, brain and emotions.
I easily get bored even when I jog outdoor. But listening to an upbeat music does help a lot.
When I was still working in the corporate office, most of my colleagues wear an earphone or a headphone not because their taking calls. But because they’re listening to music (or podcasts, audio books, maybe). Music is really relaxing. Even the babies tend to feel more relaxed when they hear lullaby songs. 🙂
My son loves listening to classic music while he was still a toddler, it helps him to sleep and calm down.
Music cn really help you keep you going with your exercise routine. I listen to music when I run in my treadmill but I try not to wqhen I am running outside because you have to be aware of your sorroundings.
I find listening music a solution to stress. I do it most of the time whenever I encounter problems at home and too many workloads. I remember working for a BPO company. Good thing we have the privilege to access online music sites such as youtube for example.
I totally agree. Spotify actually helps me get through my work, especially the ones that are repetitive, and exercises really releases me off stress. I’ve been working out everyday lately. We need exercise talaga.

Music is a great stress reliever for me! Especially when stuck in traffic LOL.
I grew up in a musically inclined family so music has been my go-to stress reliever growing up until now. When I have too many deadlines and don’t want to be disturbed at work, I stuff both ears with earphones and listen to music while I work. My son appears to be into music too (it must be in the genes haha) so I am already preparing for when he would ask his own musical instruments in the future. Music is indeed a great stress reliever. It lets the creative juices come out too while writing. 🙂
I love listening to music when I do household chores! Somehow it takes the tiredness – and bore – out of such mundane situations hehe.
Too bad we can’t use our mobile phones inside the production floor anymore . Thanks for sharing 🙂
I do like to sing when I am stress or if not read or clean the house.
Music is indeed a great stress reliever and it doesn’t cost much to enjoy it.
Music indeed makes wonders to us. It can lull a.baby to sleep and even energize one to work out more. It may also boost brain to write more. I love listening to music as well.
I agree that music is a stress reliever. A lot of times i listen to music when i feel sad, worried or bothered. When im tired, it relaxes me..
I listen to music when I cook 😀
Music helps put your rhythm into your activities. nakakarelax talaga.
True music is an anti stress reliever. Whenever I do household chores, I’ll volume up the music so my mood will light up.
I love music, specially Christian song, it really helps to release your stress, and also my toddler loves singing. Every morning and before we go to sleep at night we always sing together as our bonding.
I’m not much into music but I find it enjoyable sometimes.
The opposite happens to me! I don’t listen to music to relax coz it usually pumps me up. Weird, I know. Hahaha. I want total silence when I want to relax. 😀
Music is always my go-to whenever I am feeling anxious, worried, or stressed. It also helps perk me up in the morning, especially on a cloudy and gloomy day like today. Music is and always will be an essential part of my life. I make sure to listen to my favorite songs whilst my little man is in school as he is not too fond of loud sounds.
Btw, is this blog new sis? I guess this is my first time to be here! Looking forward to reading more of your posts and more power to your new baby! ^_^
My husband is a musician and nahawa na yata ako 🙂
I should try that music while working out!
I like listening to music too specially while I’m at work, it makes me feel like I’m in-tune to what I presently doing and keeps my focus. 🙂
Music is something that’s missing in my life these days. Thanks for reminding me to use it once more to de-stress.
Music has always been a stress reliever for me. It can change my mood and pick me up.
This post is so in time for new year.
Maybe that’s what I need extra music to keep me motivated to work out 🙂
I agree. Music helps me too. The problem is though when I turn on the radio these days, I’m not familiar with a lot of songs already. haha.
You are right, all the stress at work is really irritating, and music no matter what is a great way to revive yourself from all those predicaments.
Music is a true stress reliever, I can certainly vouch for that.
