How Bio-Fit Plus Help in Boost Child’s Immunity System and Bright Mind

I’m a mom of a toddler girl and a young man. As their mom, I always make sure that my kids get the right nutrients to keep them healthy especially in this health crisis that the whole world is facing. However, just like other parents out there, I do experience difficulty in letting them take the right nutritional foods particularly my toddler girl who is a picky eater.

That’s why in order to provide the essential vitamins and minerals that they need every day I let them take food supplement that is recommended by pediatricians and approved by the Food and Drug Administration. I found it in Bio-Fit Plus Multivitamins which is fully packed with all the essential vitamins and minerals my kids need.

Venice Frozen Themed Birthday plus How to Make a DIY Photo Frame

July 2017, when I gave birth to my sweet little girl. Time really flies so fast! I just can’t still believe that she’s already 3 years old. We celebrated her 3rd birthday in a very simple way and with limited guests. Actually, though it was her third birthday, it was the second celebration that I came up with a theme. The Storypod Launches A Figurine-Activated Podcast Player For Kids, To Address Overexposure to Screens

Storypod Helps Parents “Edutain” Their Kids 3+ Screen-Free With A Library of 300+ Original and Licensed Bilingual Stories, Songs, Books, and Games.

MIAMI, FL / JUN 19, 2020 / Character-driven, broadcast-quality audio for hours of screenless fun. On June 30, Storypod launches a crowdfunding campaign for its edutainment audio platform for kids, which helps busy and screen-concerned parents entertain their kids screen-free through interactive stories, songs, books, and games. What effects do screens have on children’s brains? JAMA Pediatrics, a peer-reviewed medical journal in the American Medical Association, found that more screen time results in children’s lower expressive language, less ability to rapidly name objects, and decreased literacy skills. They also discovered that more screen time causes physical changes to the brain — specifically, lower brain white matter integrity in a portion of the brain directly impacting language and literacy skills. The World Health Organization recommends limiting screen time for kids under 5 to just one hour daily of high-quality programming. But how else can parents keep their kids busy all day? Enter Storypod.

Oopsie Heroes: Your Toddler’s Hero for Good Nights and Great Mornings

One of the many parenting accomplishments that worth being proud of is when we parents exclude diaper expenses because of a successful potty-training.

Potty-training is not an easy thing to do particularly night time. Admit it; sometimes it is nerve-wracking when we find that our toddler has wet bedsheets in the morning. When this happens, just cool down, remember that bedwetting is a normal part of growing up and we are there to help and train them to cope up with this issue. There are many ways to help stop the bedwetting and I recently met a superhero who will help us parents succeed in potty-training and have our toddler good nights and great mornings.

You want to know who that super hero I’m talking about?

Mom Influencers: Empowered by Motherhood in the Age of Social Media

Women are a mighty force and power. Gone are the days of suppression and oppression, inequality, and injustice among women. Women nowadays are as empowered as men and they enjoy their right to control and benefit from the resources, income, assets, and their own time. Their ability to manage risk and improve their economic status and well being is now being recognized.

When women become mothers, they become even more empowered. The more responsibilities are at their hands, the better they become at life in general. Their voices become louder allowing them to take initiative and contribute meaningfully to the community.

Motherhood is very empowering as mothers bring forth life in the world. They raise their kids and how these children turn out to be, is the reflection of the values and principles that are taught to them by their Moms. Moms are empowered by motherhood because it teaches them to be nurturers, protectors, and good examples for their kids.
