#SweetButHealthy Recipe with Sweet Best Natural Sweeteners

Waking up each day is such a great blessing and happiness. Living the sweet life is a big plus, especially if my favorite cakes and sweet desserts are on my plate. But consuming too much sugar is bad for our health. It can cause weight gain, increase the risk of heart disease, diabetes, cancer, depression, can lead to fatty liver, accelerate the skin aging process, and other health risks. Sugar, can be taken from sugar-sweetened desserts, beverages, and processed foods. 

Knowing these many health problems caused by too much sweet intake, I feel sad and guilty. It made me realize that as a mom, I must take extra good care of my health for the sake of my children.
