PSAHelpline.ph, the first and longest-running ordering and delivery channel authorized by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), marks its 25th anniversary this June. Launched in 2000 as NSO Helpline Plus, the service began as a dedicated call-in hotline (737-1111), allowing Filipinos to request their PSA certificates—such as birth, marriage, death, and Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR)—without the need to visit PSA CRS outlet. From the beginning, PSAHelpline.ph has been committed to providing a secure, accessible, and reliable way for citizens to obtain their civil registry documents, helping bring PSA services closer to people’s homes.
Building on the success of the hotline, the service expanded in 2011 into the online space, giving users the option to order their PSA certificates online through desktop and mobile devices. When the National Statistics Office (NSO) transitioned into the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) in 2013, the service was rebranded as PSAHelpline.ph, further reinforcing its mission to offer a more convenient and modern way for Filipinos to access essential PSA documents. The platform has since evolved into a full-service online channel, now also offering the Certificate of No Death (CENODEATH) and enhanced with QR-coded certificates for improved security and verification.
