Flexible collection hours. Pick up your certificate at your convenience. Robinsons Department Store business centers are open during mall hours, typically from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., giving you ample time to drop by after work or errands.

Building on the success of the hotline, the service expanded in 2011 into the online space, giving users the option to order their PSA certificates online through desktop and mobile devices.
