It’s summer time once again in the Philippines and things are getting hot. The increase in temperature during this season may cause the possibility of heat stress or worst heat stroke.
Stress isn’t completely a bad thing — in fact, it is just our body’s natural physical and mental reaction to challenges that may come up in different areas of our lives. We can feel more alert and motivated to look for solutions to certain problems, and be able to overcome them. However, everything is best in moderation.
