My kids loves pan cake for snacks, so I came with an idea to mix this powdered soymilk drinks in the pancake recipe. It turns out great, that my little picky eater loves it much.
Here’s the easy Prottie Fluffy Pan Cake Recipe.
Ingredients
1 medium-size egg
2 table spoon melted butter
½ cup water
1 pack 200g pancake mix
1 pack Prottie Soya Milk Drink Mix Choco Flavor
Procedure
Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Mix until slightly lumpy texture.
Pre-heat pan and grease slightly with oil.
Pour pancake onto pre-heated pan.
Cook until bubbly then turn to cook the other side.
Serve with honey or choco syrup on top.
