How to Help Your Toddler Focus and Have Fun in School

Months to count, my youngest will be entering a new chapter of her life. Starting a preschool and formal school year is a big step for her. Now that we aren’t sure yet if the face-to-face class will be implemented for the coming school year, E-learning is for sure a bit challenging, especially for beginners and in the preschool stage. Destruction is just around the house, like toys, gadgets where to play and watch her favorite shows online and TV.

My little girl is such an opposite of my eldest son in so many ways. Letting her have focus and stay in one place is absolutely a struggle for me as a mom. So in preparation for my little one’s new experience and to ensure a smooth transition, I came up with few simple strategies to keep her on focus and have fun, either homeschool or face-to-face class.

Here are few strategies and easy hacks to help your toddler focus and have fun in school or homeschooling, which you can apply as well if we are in the same boat.

Provide Green and Healthy Foods

Protein-rich foods such as eggs, almonds, lean meats, and green leafy vegetables and fruits are healthy and can raise awareness and increase concentration levels, especially for growing toddlers. So encourage your toddler to eat foods for the brain and lessen the intake of sugary foods and junk foods.

Play Games that Boost Attention and Focus

Minimize the use of gadgets, computers, and watching TV shows for studies shows reduces attention span and memory power. Better let your toddler play regular toys, board games, and activities that improve their attention and focus. There are plenty of fun games and activities that you can do together with your toddler to boost her attention and focus.

  • Spot the Difference.  This game improves the visual attention, scanning, and comparison skills of your toddler.
  • Head, Shoulders, Knees, and Toes.  It’s a classical song and activity that requires toddlers to work on their self-regulation skills by overriding automatic responses to the song’s lyrics.
  • Building Blocks Play. This play requires fine and gross motor skills. It will help your toddler increase attention span, being cooperative with others, and develop self-esteem.

Complete Brain and Eye Food Supplements

Growing children need to get enough nutrients from foods for their brain and body development. However, it is undeniable that many toddlers are picky eaters, just like my little girl. That is why food supplements are given and prescribed by a pediatrician. As for the brain, and eye food supplements, Focus Syrup, is commendable by most pediatricians and moms. Let’s find out below, why and the benefits a toddler can get from taking in Focus Syrup Brain and Eye Supplement.

Benefits of Focus Syrup Food Supplement

Usually, at home and school, kids engage with digital devices for long periods. Focus syrup has Lutemax 2020, which helps reduce eye strain and fatigue caused by prolonged exposure to blue light-emitting digital screens.
