  • Be fit and get into shape. A healthy diet plus daily exercise is the best and simplest way to be in shape. If you don’t feel running, there are tons of activities that you can do that will make you fitter. Dancing is one, which you can do indoor and not hassle to take part.

    I really want to have a new hair cut on my hair. But, ayaw ng husband ko. Gusto nya pag magpagupit ako kasama nya kasi sya ang magdecide kong gaano ka haba ang length. He loves long hair kasi. hehehe!

    I agree that a flattering haircut is one of the best and easiest ways to upgrade your look! Though I don’t have time to visit the salon as often as I want, I try to make my hair presentable all the time.

    Happy Mother’s Day! I agree that we have to take good care of ourselves first, only then we can give our best self to others. Going to salon, even for a pedicure is a very relaxing activity and a quick “me-time”. We have to re-energized in any way to feel confident and love ourselves more.
