    I hate to admit but it is really hard for me to have a healthy lifestyle. I don’t like exercising and I don’t follow any healthy diet. To beat my stress, I make sure I have enough sleep. 🙂

    Like Michi, I don’t follow any diet too. But since last quarter of 2016, I have been observing the less rice diet. I workout every once in a while but that’s it. Then I eat fruits sometimes if there’s one of the table, lol. But veggies, can’t live without veggies. hehe.

    I agree with you in everything you’ve written in this post. Having a healthy, balanced diet keeps stress at bay. I do try my best to have healthier meals because if I don’t, I’m going to evolve into a monster with all the tasks and responsibilities I have to meet everyday.

    I eat a lot of these foods. I still have some stress, but I think I am oddly calm when I should be stressing way more. I don’t know if the food has much to do with that, but could be.

    I’ve been meaning to make this my lifestyle. I’m slowly letting go of all the not-so-good but yummy foods. I really want to embrace healthy lifestyle when it comes to food.
