I am talking and sharing below my authentic Mackerel Pattieliciously Healthy Recipe using the Uni-Pak Mackerel in Natural Oil.
- 1/2 cup malungay leaves (Moringa)
- 1 small size carrots, shredded
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 1/2 clove garlic, chopped
- 3 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 can 425 gms Uni-Pak Mackerel in Natural Oil
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Use your clean hands to form patties and frozen for about 30 minutes. Drizzle oil in a frying pan and fry the patties. Once one side is golden brown, flip over the patty to cook the other side. Serve patties between bread or buns.
