Ice candy is one of the popular afford delicious summer cooler in the country. I have here a choco bavarian ice candy recipe which your kids and even at heart can enjoy to cool down the summer season.
Ingredients
- 150 ml condensed milk
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 cup regular water
- 12 pcs. Choco Bavarian-flavored sandwich cookies (Lemon Square Cookie Says)
- 60 grams chocolate powder
Materials
- Narrow plastic bag
- Funnel
To do
Crush the sandwich cookies into pieces, but not so fine, just small enough. In a bowl, combine and mix hot water and condensed milk then add regular water mix again. Add the chocolate powder while the mixture still warm. Add the crushed sandwich cookies, mix and let cool for 10 to 20 minutes. Get your narrow plastic bag and with a use of a funnel, pour the mixture at your desired size. Just give a space for tying the plastic bag. Put in the freezer (overnight).
Serve the choco bavarian ice candy that tastes good and will freshen up your hot day!

This looks delicious and easy to make! Perfect cool treat now that summer is just around the corner!
i’m gonna try this for Easter this weekend. Looks good!
These look really good. Condensed milk is one of the harder ingredients to veganize so I don’t know if I will every be able to try it! Do you have any non dairy suggestions for a viable replacement??
Oh my goodness this sounds amazing. Also wondering if there is a good dairy free alternative?
