Crush the sandwich cookies into pieces, but not so fine, just small enough. In a bowl, combine and mix hot water and condensed milk then add regular water mix again. These look really good. Condensed milk is one of the harder ingredients to veganize so I don’t know if I will every be able to try it! Do you have any non dairy suggestions for a viable replacement??
